The Enterprise Investment Centre is brought to you by the Enterprise Tax Centre (ETC), a tax consultancy business offering commercially sound advice to businesses and business owners.
EIC is specifically focused on the SME market. It offers two main services. For those running start up and growth businesses and for those looking to invest in such Companies.
For those running their own businesses and seeking investment, we offer a structuring service which should result in the business receiving HMRC clearance under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed EIS tax reliefs. This provides potential investors with very attractive tax reliefs – providing income tax and /or capital gains tax savings – in return for any investment.
Secondly, and regardless of whether we have provided the structuring services mentioned above, we also provide a platform, or shop window, for EIS and Seed EIS companies to offer equity to potential investors. Investors can be safe in the knowledge that any investment listed on the EIC website has received clearance and has a proper business plan accompanying it.
